At Aykaa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion piece doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original Aykaa tags attached to qualify for a successful return process.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email to drop the package at your nearest courier point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
